Woodland Wellbeing Bradford

Woodland Wellbeing is a project we are doing throughout 2016 in Shipley in Bradford. Adults struggling with mental wellbeing and stress-related illness who live in Bradford can take part in a weekly outdoors session designed to relax, rejuvenate and refocus.

Our sessions are flexible depending on the needs and interests of the group but we’ll be doing something different each week. We’ll be trying walking, foraging, knot tying, campfire cooking, making natural crafts, painting, tree climbing, puddle jumping and den building – all outdoors of course!

We meet at Hirst Wood (in the public carpark) from 1pm – 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon.

The session is FREE.

You may come to one session, or all of the sessions. The choice is yours.
